Recruva AI provides recruitment tools including job posting, candidate management, and AI-assisted screening. You agree to use the service only for lawful hiring purposes and in compliance with applicable employment and privacy laws.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use candidate data for purposes unrelated to recruitment.
5. Limitation of Liability
Recruva AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
